Receta Broccoli Latkes

Ingredientes
- 1 lb broccoli minced small
- 2 lb potatoes scrubbed cubed into small pcs
- 1 x onion peeled, finely minced
- 3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp celery seeds salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook all the ingredients (except the oil) in a large covered pot over medium heat for 20 min. Drain mix. Mash ingredients together.
- Heat oil in large non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Form 10 pancakes. Fry 8 min on one side. Flip and fry for another 5 min on the other side. Serve hot.
