Receta Broccoli Supreme Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Bunch broccoli, (flowers only)
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 c. Cottage cheese
- 1 tsp Chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 6 Tbsp. Grated cheddar cheese, (Kraft - in a can)
- 1/4 c. Melted butter
- 1/4 c. Bread crumbs
Direcciones
- Cook broccoli till fairly tender, approximately 12 min. Drain and put in a buttered flat casserole (8 x 8 inches). Mix Large eggs, cottage cheese, onion, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cheese and 1/2 of the melted butter. Pour over broccoli, mix remaining butter with bread crumbs.
- Sprinkle over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or possibly till golden.
- Serves 6 to 8.
