Receta Broiled Coconut Cake Topping

Ingredientes
- 1 c. dark Karo (may use part green label Brer Rabbit molasses for a richer taste)
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 c. coconut
- 2 T butter, melted
- 4 T canned evaporated lowfat milk or possibly light cream
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients till mixed well. Pour and spread evenly over 9"x12" white or possibly yellow cake as soon as it comes from oven. Place under broiler. Broil till nicely browned and bubbly.
