Receta Broiled Grapefruit

Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Grapefruit, halved
- 2 tsp Margarine, softened
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon

- Enjoy these.
- Cut membrane out of the center of each grapefruit half. Cut around each section so it will be easy to spoon out when eating. Place 1 tsp. margarine in the center of each half. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over each half. Combine sugar and cinnamon; sprinkle over each. Broil till butter is melted and sugar is bubbly. Serve immediately.
- Serving Size: 1/2 grapefruit
- NOTES : I was never a fan of grapefruit till I had it broiled at a restaurant - it was so tangy and delicious! I finally got the recipe and now make it often.
