  2. 1. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat broiler.
  3. 2. In small saucepan, combine margarine, lemon juice and oil; heat till margarine melts. Add in shallots and parsley; cook 2 minutes- utes. Sprinkle tuna with salt and pepper. Press one side of tuna into shallot mix; place on prepared pan, coated side up.
  4. 3. Broil tuna 4" from heat, 2-3 min. Turn over and spread top proportionately with remaining shallot mix; broil 5 min longer, or possibly till fish is cooked through.
