Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 x egg whites
- 1/3 c. light corn syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Direcciones
- 1 Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- 2 Mix dry ingredients. Add in egg whites, syrup, and vanilla. Stir well.
- 3 Drop by spoonfuls on cookie sheet. Bake 10 min.
