Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/8 c. cocoa divided
- 1 Tbsp. cocoa
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. skim lowfat milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp. melted butter
- 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour, baking pwdr, sugar, 1 Tbsp. cocoa and salt. Stir in lowfat milk, vanilla and butter. Pour 1/4 c. mix into each of four 4 ounce. greased ramekins. Combine brown sugar and rest of cocoa; sprinkle on tops. Pour 3 Tbsp. boiling water in a stream on tops. Bake 18 min; cold on rack.
