Receta Brussel Sprouts In Pecan Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Brussel sprouts, trimmed wi
- 5 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 1/4 c. Pecans, minced Salt to taste
Direcciones
- 1. Cook the brussel sprouts, covered in boiling salted water till tender, about 10 min. Drain. Keep hot.
- 2. Heat the butter in small saucepan and brown the pecans; don't let them burn.
- 3. Remove from heat, add in the brown sugar, and stir to dissolve.
- 4. Pour the pecans mix over the brussel sprouts and serve.
