Receta Buck Wheat Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 c. buckwheat flour
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 T brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Sift the buckwheat flour and stir the other dry ingredients in lightly with a fork. Add in beaten egg, lowfat milk and oil; mix. Cook pancakes on a hot, lightly oiled griddle. They seem to take longer to cook so wait till bubbles appear all over surface before turning. Makes about 18 4-inch pancakes.
