Receta Bundt Pan Coffee Cake

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 6 T butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 c. minced nuts
Direcciones
- Cream sugar and shortening. Add in large eggs and vanilla and cream again. Add in flour, baking pwdr and baking soda; blend. Add in lowfat sour cream and blend.
- Pour into well greased bundt pan 1/2 batter, 1/2 topping, 1/2 batter, 1/2 topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly less.
