Ingredientes
- 1 med -sized onion, minced
- 1/2 med -sized red or possibly green bell pepper, minced
- 1 stalk celery, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Ketchup
- 1 Tbsp. Sweet or possibly India relish
- 1 dsh Warm pepper sauce, (optional)

- Add in zip to your burgers with this wonderful tomato relish.
- Saute/fry onion, bell pepper and celery in vegetable oil till onion is soft.
- Remove from heat. Stir in ketchup and relish. Add in warm pepper sauce if you like. Store in a covered container in refrigerator.
- Yield: 1-1/2 c.
