Receta Butter Croissant Rolls

Ingredientes
- 2 packages. yeast
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 6 beaten large eggs
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 9 c. flour
Direcciones
- Mix yeast with 2 tbsp sugar and 2 cups of water. Add in melted butter, remainder of the sugar and large eggs. Mix well. Add in flour and salt. Mix well and let rise 2 hrs. Stir down and put in refrigerator overnight. Roll each of 5 pcs into a circle and spread each with melted butter. Cut into 12 wedges and roll into crescents. Place on greased baking sheets. Let rise 4-5 hrs. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 min.
