Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Butter or possibly oleo
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- Â Â Dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 c. Sharp cheese, grated
- Â Â Buttered bread crumbss
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1 tsp Lea & Perrins sauce
- 1 x Green onion, minced fine
- 2 c. Shrimp, cleaned, boiled
- Â Â Salt & pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Make white sauce of butter, flour and lowfat milk. Add in seasonings, cheese and shrimp. Place in casserole or possibly ramekins. Cover with buttered bread crumbs.
- Bake at 325 F. about 30 min or possibly till warm and bubbly.
