Receta Butter Pecan Banana Cake

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Mashed bananas
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1 pkt (4 serving size) butter pecan flavored instant pudding mix
- 4 x Large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. Water
- 1/4 c. Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Finely minced pecans
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients in large mixer bowl. Blend on low speed till all ingredients are just combined. Then beat on medium speed for four min.
- Pour into greased and floured 10" tube pan. Bake at 350 F. for 50 min or possibly till cake tester inserted into center comes out clean and cake begins to pull away from sides of the pan. Cold in pan 15 min. Remove and glaze with a thin confectioners sugar icing if you like.
