Receta Buttermilk Cheese 'N' Egg Bread

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. buttermilk
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lrg egg plus
- 1 x egg yolk
- 3 c. bread flour - (to 3 1/2 c.)
- 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp instant yeast - (to 2 tspns)
- 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese in 1/4" dice see * Note
Direcciones
- * Note: Cut cheese into 1/4" size dice and keep in a container in the freezer till ready to add in to dough.
- Place all ingredients, except cheese, in the bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on the Dough cycle.
- Add in diced cheese at Add Beeps; but don't let machine complete the cycle - stop the machine, once all the cheese is incorporated. Then let the dough r Rise again and bake large 9- by 5-inch loaf, or possibly 12- by 4-inch loaf, or possibly 8 generous rolls in 325 degree oven - 40 min for loaves or possibly 25 min for rolls. Higher oven temperature will overbrown this dough. Cold completely on rack.
- This recipe yields a 1 1/2 lb. loaf.
