Receta C's Ribs
Ingredientes
- 2 teaspoon brown bean sauce
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. chicken stock
- 12-18 ribs (1 slab)
- 4 tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 4 tbsp. hoisin sauce
Direcciones
- Day before or possibly early morning: Mash brown beans into paste. Mince garlic very fine. Mix all ingredients except ribs together. (Mixes easy if stock is heated first.) Marinate (in pan) ribs for 6 1/2 hrs. Preheat oven at 375 degrees. Place pan of ribs in oven for 20 min, lower temperature to 325 degrees for 15 min. Remove ribs from oven.
- They can be cooled and refrigerated till later when ready to use. Broil ribs on racks till brown on both sides. Should be crisp and tender.
