Ingredientes
- 14 lbs Peeled and Diced Potatoes
- 14 lbs Shredded Cabbage
- 1 lb Butter
- 1/4 cup White Pepper
- 1/4 cup Salt
- 1/8 cup Onion Powder
- 1/8 cup Garlic Powder
Direcciones
- Steam or boil potatoes until tender and soft.
- Steam cabbage until tender.
- Mash potatoes with salt and pepper and butter in the mixer with Paddle attachment. Smash, but do not whip.
- Fold in the Cabbage.
- Using butter, saute the mix to finish cooking and add color.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Garnish with fresh sliced scallions.
