Ingredientes
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 x green pepper minced
- 1 x clove garlic chopped
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 x tomatoes seeded and minced
- 1/2 c. dry red wine
- 1/4 tsp dry thyme
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 4 x 5 ounce. cod fillets
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion, green pepper and garlic in butter till tender. Add in the tomatoes, wine, thyme and cayenne. Bring to a boil.
- Add in the cod, reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 10 min ot untilthe fish flakes.
- Add in the lemon juice before serving.
