Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Paprika
- 2 Tbsp. Onion pwdr or possibly flakes
- 2 Tbsp. Garlic pwdr or possibly flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Gumbo file
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin (or possibly whole seeds toasted and grnd)
- 1 Tbsp. Grnd coriander ( or possibly whole seeds toasted and grnd)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Dry thyme
- 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd fenugreek (or possibly whole seeds toasted and grnd)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Grnd fennel (or possibly whole seeds toasted and grnd)
- 1/2 Tbsp. Salt
- 3/4 tsp Cayenne
- 3/4 tsp Black pepper
Direcciones
- In the large bowl of a food processor, combine all the ingredients and pulse for 30 seconds or possibly till finely grnd. Store in an airtight container in a cold place. Use within 3 months.
- *Note* This has a much more exuberant flavor than the premixed spices from the grocery. It is best when the ingredients are fresh.
