  1. Cut peppers in half lenghtwise; remove stems and seeds. Blanch peppers in boiling salted water for 3 to 4 min; remove peppers from water and drain in a colander. In a skillet with a heavy bottom, brown grnd beef for a few min, stirring occasionally; add in onions and celery. Cook, stirring, for 3 to 4 min. Drain off fat.
  2. Add in garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, basil and warm pepper sauce; stir and cook 1 minute. Add in liquid removed tomatoes, stirring to break them up; cook 5 min. Add in cooked rice and worcestershire sauce; stir to mix. Cover and simmer over low heat 10 min, adding some of the reserved tomato liquid as necessary. Romove form heat. Stir in cheeses. Stuff pepper halves woth meat mix. Place in a pan with a little water in the bottom. Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 oven for 25 to 30 min.
  3. Can be frzn.
