Receta Cajun Styled Baked Fish

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp Crushed thyme
- 4 tsp Vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Paprika
- 1 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Grnd red pepper, up to 1/4
- 1 lb Fish fillet, (sole, flounder)
- 1/4 c. Green pepper cut in thin slices
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a small bowl combine oil, paprika, thyme, onion and garlic powders, salt and red pepper. Spread mix proportionately on one side of each fish fillet. Place fillets on alightly oiled baking pan seasoning side up. Bake till fish flakes easily when tested with a fork, 8-10 min. Garnish with green pepper strips.
