Receta Calabaza Fritters With Mango Sour Orange Sauce

Ingredientes
- 1 c. flour
- 1 Tbsp. curry pwdr
- 2 tsp baking pwdr
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 x egg beaten
- 1/2 c. seltzer
- 1/2 x finely-minced Spanish onion
- 1 c. diced calabaza blanched Oil for frying
- 1 x mango flesh pureed
- 1 Tbsp. chopped garlic
- 1/4 c. finely-minced red onion
- 1 x jalapeno chopped
- 1 x sour orange juiced (or possibly 1 lime, juiced) Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
Direcciones
- For the Calabaza Fritters: Combine dry ingredients. Add in egg and seltzer. Mix in onion and calabaza. Fry at 350 degrees till golden brown.
- For the Mango-Sour Orange Sauce: Stir all ingredients together and serve as a dipping sauce.
