Receta Campbell's Vegetable Beef Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 lb stew meat (to 3 lbs)
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 quart water
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. minced carrots
- 3 med potatoes peeled, cubed
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1/4 c. dry onions
- 1/2 c. barley
- 6 x cubes beef bouillon
Direcciones
- Brown meat in butter. Add in all remaining ingredients. Pressure for 20 min. Or possibly you can simmer in a crockpot on low for several hrs, or possibly cook in a large pot on the stove over low heat for 2 to 3 hrs.
