Ingredientes

  • 3 lb hamburger
  • 1 lrg onion, peeled and diced
  • 1 Tbsp. fat
  • 3 x (10 ounce.) cans concentrated vegetable soup salt and pepper

Direcciones

  1. Make balls of hamburger, adding seasoning. Fry with onions in a frying pan or possibly in the bottom of a kettle till onion is light brown and balls are well browned all over. Pour off excess fat. Add in vegetable soup and sufficient water or possibly soup stock to prevent sticking. Cover and cook slowly till meat balls are cooked all through.
  2. Serve warm.
