  • 1 - 12 oz can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Ingredients - Meatballs:
  • 1 pound (450 grams) lean ground turkey
  • 2/3 cup grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup finely diced yellow onion
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh oregano, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/3 cup freshly grated parmesan
  • Fresh cracked pepper
  • 1 pound (16 ounces or 450 grams) papradelle pasta
  • 4 red snapper fillets with skin, 6-8 oz each
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds ground round
  • 4 whole grain hamburger buns
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil plus some for greasing the baking sheet
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 8 cups butternut squash, peeled & cut into 1/2-inch cubes
  • 4 garlic cloves, peeled & sliced
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 oz (350 grams or 3 cups) penne pasta
  • 8 cups baby spinach">spinach or regular spinach">spinach torn into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts, toasted

  • 1 pound (500 grams) pork tenderloin, cut into thin strips

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/8 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 8 ounces (250 grams) fresh thin Chinese egg noodles, rice noodles or spaghetti

  • 2 cups sugar peas
