Ingredientes

  • 4 Tbsp. butter
  • 2/3 c. light brown sugar
  • 3/4 c. cooked or possibly canned liquid removed sliced peaches
  • 1 3/4 c. sifted flour
  • 2 1/2 tsp Rumford Baking Pwdr
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp. shortening
  • 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Mixing Instructions:1. Heat 4 Tbsp. butter in a saucepan and cream with the brown sugar. Divide proportionately into 12 well greased muffin pans.
  2. 2. Cover with two medium thick slices of liquid removed peaches.
  3. 3. Sift flour, Rumford Baking Pwdr, and salt together.
  4. 4. Cut in 4 Tbsp. of shortening.
  5. 5. Add in the lowfat milk, stirring only sufficient to moisten the dry ingredients.
  6. 6. Drop by spoonfuls on top of the peach mix and bake in a warm oven (425 F.) 18-20 min.
  7. 7. Turn out of pan at once.
  8. Makes 12 muffins
