Ingredientes
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. oats
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. solid pack pumpkin
- 1 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine flour, oats, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Cream butter; gradually add in sugars, beating till light and fluffy. Add in egg and vanilla; mix well. Alternate additions of dry ingredients and pumpkin, mixing well after each addition. Stir in chips.
- Drop dough on lightly greased cookie sheet by teaspoonfuls. Spread into a circle to flatten. Bake till cookies are hard and lightly browned.
