Receta Caraway Rye Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 lb.:
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 tsp margarine, soft
- 1 1/2 c. bread flour
- 1/2 c. rye flour
- 1 Tbsp. dry lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp caraway seed
- 1 1/2 tsp yeast bread machine type
Direcciones
- 1) Remove bread pan; attach kneading blade.
- 2. Place all ingredients in bread pan in order listed.
- 3. Insert bread pan, close lid and plug in.
- 4. Select bread type (Oster): Press select till the number 1 is displayed for a 1 lb. loaf.
- 5. Press start. Bread will be done baking in the number of hrs indicated.
