Receta Caribbean Jerk Pork

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. thyme, fresh
- 1 tsp allspice, grnd
- 1 tsp cinnamon, grnd 1 tsp. nutmeg, freshly grated )
- 1 tsp cracked black pepper
- 2 x jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. scallions, sliced
- 1/4 c. onion, diced
- 4 x cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 x pork tenderloins, trimmed
Direcciones
- *Combine all dry ingredients and mix. Fold in rest of ingredients either by hand or possibly in food processor. Place pork in a heavy duty freezer bag and cover with marinade. Let marinate in refrigerator for a few hrs or possibly preferrably overnight.
- *On a warm charcoal or possibly gas grill, let cook 5 to 6 min per side, basting occasionally. To serve, slice on angle and serve with Jerk Spiced Vegetables & Red Beans and Rice.
