Receta Carol And Sandi's Low Fat Granola

Ingredientes
- 3 c. old-fashioned oats
- 1 c. wheat bran
- 1 c. wheat germ
- 1/2 c. almonds (or possibly pecans or possibly walnuts)
- 1/2 c. pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
- 1/3 c. honey
- 1/3 c. brown sugar
- 1/3 c. orange juice
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- Mix oats, wheat bran, wheat germ, nuts, and seeds in large bowl.
- In small bowl mix honey, brown sugar, orange juice, butter, and cinnamon.
- Pour honey mix onto oats mix and stir well.
- Bake in a 275 degree oven for 1 hour, stirring every fifteen min.
- This recipe yields 7 1/2 c. granola.
- Yield: 7 1/2 c.
