Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. apple jelly
- 4 lrg carrots peeled, grated
- 1 lrg Golden brown Delicious apple peeled, grated
- 1/3 c. minced roasted cashews
- 1/3 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Whisk lemon juice and jelly in large bowl to blend. Add in carrots, apple, cashews and raisins. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Toss thoroughly.
- Serves 4.
