Receta Carrot And Pineapple Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 pkt lemon or possibly orange jello
- 1 c. pineapple juice
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 c. crushed pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. carrots, grated
- 1/2 c. nuts, optional
Direcciones
- Dissolve gelatin in warm water and add in pineapple juice. Chill. When this begins to thicken, add in other ingredients. Pour mix into a mold and refrigeratetill set. Un-mold on lettuce leaves. Serve with mayonnaise.
