Ingredientes
- 2 lb carrots sliced (or possibly small carrots)
- 1 can tomato soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 24 pkt Equal sweetener (or possibly 7 1/4 tspns Equal for Recipes or possibly 1 c. Equal Spoonful)
- 1 med onion minced
- 1 x green pepper minced
- 3/4 c. wine vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil or possibly extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Direcciones
- Boil carrots till tender, drain.
- Blend remaining ingredients and pour over carrots. Mix well. Chill in a covered container at least 12 hrs
- This recipe yields 12 servings.
- Serving size: 1/12 of recipe.
