Ingredients: 2 c. Sifted whole wheat flour; 1 tsp Baking pwdr; 1/4 tsp Baking soda; 1/2 tsp Salt; 1/4 tsp Nutmeg; 1/4 tsp Cinnamon; 1 c. Rolled oats; 1 c. Raisins, (optional); 1/2 c. Butter or possibly oil; 1 c. Brown or possibly raw sugar; 2 x Beaten Large eggs; 1/3 c. Lowfat milk; 1 1/2 c. Grated raw carrot

Ingredientes

2 c. Sifted whole wheat flour
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 c. Rolled oats
1 c. Raisins, (optional)
1/2 c. Butter or possibly oil
1 c. Brown or possibly raw sugar
2 x Beaten Large eggs
1/3 c. Lowfat milk
1 1/2 c. Grated raw carrot

Direcciones

Sift flour, measure and sift with baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and spices. Add in rolled oats, raisins (optional). Cream fat and sugar. Mix well.
Drop by tsp. onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 15 min at 350 . Let cold.
Frost with icing made with powdered sugar which a small amount of orange juice has been added to right consistency to spread on cookies.
