Receta Carrot Raisin Cookie Bars
I love baking from scratch - sometimes the more ingredients the better. Other times not so much. This cookie bar recipe uses a cake mix to cut the prep time and turns out like you slaved in the kitchen! It’s moist and chewy and hard to resist.

Ingredientes
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 15.25 oz carrot cake mix
- 1 ½ cups raisins
Direcciones
- Cream together the butter and sugar.
- Beat in the water and egg.
- Stir in cake mix and blend well.
- Stir in the raisins.
- Spread into a greased 9”x13” baking pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
