Ingredientes
- 1 Cup Rice, preferably Basmati rice
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp Butter or oil
- 1 Medium sized Onion, finely chopped
- 2 Cups finely diced Carrots
- 2 Spring Onions, finely chopped (white & green separate)
- 1 Tbsp minced Garlic
- 1 tsp minced Ginger
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder (or more if needed)
- Salt to taste
