Ingredientes
- 1 lrg Onion diced
- 3 stalk celery
- 2 sm Red potatoes
- 1 1/2 bag baby carrots Chicken broth Onion pwdr and garlic pwdr

- Its very easy, you first saute/fry the onion and potato till soft in oil, then add in the celery and carrots and keep sauteeing for about 20 minutes. then add in chicken broth to cover the vegetables and let simmer for about 1 hour.
- next, I strain out all the vegetables and puree in the food processor and add in back to the chicken broth. Stir and add in about 3 Tbsp. each of onion pwdr and garlic pwdr, you may even want to add in more. This is a delicious soup, especially in the winter. You can garnish with dill.
