Receta Cathy's Baked Chicken

Ingredientes
- 4 x Skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 c. Fresh bread crumbs
- 1/2 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1/8 tsp Grnd ginger
- 1/3 c. Fat-free plain yogurt
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Lightly spray a medium size shallow baking dish with vegetable spray.
- 2. Rinse chicken and pat dry. In a shallow pan, combine bread crumbs, onion pwdr, garlic pwdr, cayenne pepper and ginger.
- 3. Dip chicken in yogurt, then into crumb mix. Place in prepared dish.
- Bake uncovered, 45 to 50 minutes, or possibly till tender.
- Points Made 03/22/98 - Added 1 Tbsp dry parsley for colour and 1/2 tsp blackening spice for kick. Served with asparagus and wild rice
