Ingredientes
- 3 quart Celery, minced
- 3 c. Vinegar
- 1 c. Water
- 4 c. Sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Dry mustard
- 1 tsp Turmeric
Direcciones
- Cut celery stems into 1 inch lengths. Cook in salt water till tender but not soft. Drain. Combine vinegar, sugar, water, and spices.
- Bring to a boil. Add in celery and bring to boiling point. Pack in jarsand seal.
