Receta Chai Sui Roast Pork

Ingredientes
- 1 x (lb.) pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine or possibly dry sherry
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. yellow bean paste
- 2 Tbsp. dark soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. red fermented tofu
Direcciones
- In a bowl, mix together all ingredients, except pork. Spoon over pork and leave at room temperature 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 400F (205C). Put tenderloin on a rack in a roasting pan and roast 15 to 20 min till juices run clear and outside is richly colored.
