Receta Chayote And Red Pepper Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 x Chayotes, (mirlitons), peeled cut in half, and pits removed
- 1 lrg Red bell pepper, cored seeded, and cut into julienne
- 1/2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Limes, juice of Salt and freshly grnd pepper
Direcciones
- 1. Slice the chayotes as thin as possible and cut into julienne.
- 2. Combine the chayote and bell pepper in a bowl.
- 3. Add in the extra virgin olive oil and lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
- 4. Toss well and let sit for 15 to 20 minutes. before serving.
