Ingredientes
- 125 gm Tasty or possibly swiss cheese
- 250 ml Cream
- 1 lrg Egg, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. Minced parsley mixed with a little chives
- 2 x Rashers of bacon, fried and minced Pepper and a little salt
Direcciones
- Mix the cheese, cream and the egg together, then add in the parsley and bacon. Spoon into buttered oven dishes (not too deep) and bake in a pre-heated 180 degree C oven for 20 min.
