Receta Cheese Meatballs (Pallote Pecorino E Uova)

Ingredientes
- 2 lb pecorino dolce freshly grated
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- 6 x Large eggs
- 2 x garlic cloves sliced
- 1 bn Italian parsley finely minced Salt to taste Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 2 quart extra virgin olive oil for frying
Direcciones
- In a large bowl, combine the cheese, bread crumbs, Large eggs, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
- In a tall-sided pot, heat the extra virgin olive oil to 375 degrees.
- While the oil heats, roll the mix into 1-inch balls. Fry them in the oil, working in batches to avoid crowding the pan and lowering the temperature of the oil. Cook the balls till uniformly golden, about 5 min, then remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with salt and serve warm.
