  • Vegetable Oil
  • 8 x inch Tortillas - Flour
  • 4 ounce shredded-low fat Cheese, Monterey Jack
  • 2 c. Salsa

Direcciones

  1. 1. Spray a 10 inch skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. When the skillet is warm, place one flour tortilla in the skillet.
  3. 3. Top with approximatley 3 Tbsp of cheese.
  4. 4. Place another flour tortilla on top of cheese.
  5. 5. Cook approximately 2 min. Then flip the quesadilla with a spatula and cook the other side for approximately 2 min or possibly till lightly browned.
  6. 6. Remove from pan with spatula and place on a cutting board.
  7. 7. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas and cheese.
  8. 8. Wtih a sharp knife cut each tortilla into 6 pcs and arrange on a platter or possibly in a large basket.
  9. 9. Serve immediately with the salsa.
  10. Note: You can reheat by placing in single layer on baking sheet at 400 for 4-5 min.
