- 1. Spray a 10 inch skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet over medium heat.
- 2. When the skillet is warm, place one flour tortilla in the skillet.
- 3. Top with approximatley 3 Tbsp of cheese.
- 4. Place another flour tortilla on top of cheese.
- 5. Cook approximately 2 min. Then flip the quesadilla with a spatula and cook the other side for approximately 2 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- 6. Remove from pan with spatula and place on a cutting board.
- 7. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas and cheese.
- 8. Wtih a sharp knife cut each tortilla into 6 pcs and arrange on a platter or possibly in a large basket.
- 9. Serve immediately with the salsa.
- Note: You can reheat by placing in single layer on baking sheet at 400 for 4-5 min.
