Receta Cheese, Squash And Corn Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. green bell pepper, minced
- 2 ounces onion, diced
- 2 c. zucchini, sliced
- 2 tomato, minced
- 2 tsp chili sauce
- 1 dash warm pepper sauce
- 1 c. corn, liquid removed
- 4 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper, to taste
Direcciones
- In a medium-size frying pan, cook pepper and onion about 5 min or possibly till soft. Add in zucchini, tomatoes, chili and sauce and cover. Cook over medium heat, about 10 min or possibly till zucchini is tender. Stir in corn, cheese, salt and pepper, continue to cook about 5 min or possibly till cheese is melted. Reduce heat, continue to cook about 5 min or possibly till thickened. 2 servings.Serving Size: 6
