Receta Cheesy Beer Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Finely minced onion
- 1 x Garlic clove
- 1 Tbsp. Parkay spread stick
- 1 lb Velveeta cubed
- 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. Beer
- 1/4 tsp Worchestershire sauce Few drops warm pepper sauce Green onion slices (option)
Direcciones
- Cook and stir onion and garlic in spread in large saucepan on medium-high heat till tende. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add in Velveeta, lowfat milk, beer, worchestershire sauce and warm pepper sauce. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 min or possibly till velveeta is melted and soup is warm. Pour into 4 serving bowls; sprinkle with sliced green onion.
