Receta Cheesy Noodle Omelette

Ingredientes
- 8 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 2 c. cooked noodles
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 x tablespooms finely-minced green pepper
- 1 Tbsp. finely-minced pimiento
Direcciones
- In a deep, 2-qt, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole, beat the Large eggs with salt and pepper. Stir in cooked noodles, cheddar cheese, green pepper and pimiento.
- Heat, covered, in microwave oven 3 min stirring after each 1 minute cooking time. Let stand 2 to 3 min at room temperature. Cut into wedges and serve.
