Ingredientes
- 2 pkt Frzn spinach thawed and all water squeezed out
- 1 med Onion minced fine
- 1 Tbsp. Butter or possibly margarine, (up to 2)
- 1 can Cream of mushroom soup, (can use low fat)
- 1 lrg Jar Cheez Whiz, (can use lite)
- 1 can Mushroom pcs Garlic pwdr

- This is a killer dip which I had this past weekend. It is fantastic with taco chips or possibly pita chips or possibly just plain bread or possibly crackers!
- Thaw spinach and squeeze out all water. Set aside. Saute/fry onions in butter till translucent/soft. Add in spinach to pan and stir for a couple of min. Add in soup and Cheez Whiz. Heat on low heat till thoroughly heated. Add in mushroom pcs and heat again. Add in garlic pwdr to taste. Serve hot with crackers or possibly chips.
