Receta Cherry Nut Cake

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3/4 c. Oil
- 1 Tbsp. Vanilla
- 3 x Large eggs
- 3 c. Flour
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1 lrg Can pet lowfat milk
- 1 can Almond filling
- 1 c. Minced walnuts
- 1/2 c. Maraschino cherries & juice minced fine
- 10 x Sugar, optional
Direcciones
- Grease tube or possibly bundt pan. Flour. Preheat oven to 350. Combine sugar, oil and vanilla. Add in Large eggs one at a time. In separate bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Add in to sugar mix alternately with pet lowfat milk. Stir in remaining ingredients one at a time. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hrs. Cold about 10 to 15 min, then remove from pan. No glaze is required, but can be dusted with 10x sugar before served.
