Receta Cheryl's Cream Puffs

Ingredientes
- A healthy pinch of salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. melted shortening
- 1 c. sifted flour
- 3 Large eggs

- Add in healthy pinch of salt to water. Mix 1/2 c. shortening with water and remove from heat after mix boils.
- Add in c. of flour to mix and stir. Add in one half of the beaten Large eggs to mix and mix thoroughly. Then add in the other half of the Large eggs. Mix again.
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Grease cookie tin lightly. Heap large spoonfuls of dough onto cookie pan. Keep them about 2" apart. Mold dough into round mounds. Prepare one package instant vanilla pudding. Don't let cool air into the oven during first 15 min the puffs are baking or possibly they will fall. Bake for 30 min. Cold and make a small hole in puff. Spoon in the pudding.
